Well, damn! Maybe I'm not yet jaded, maybe I'm still a bit naive, but that was a good-old-fashioned schelacking on national TV. Olbermann might have done this for ratings, or he might really believe what he's saying; for the sake of my own starry-eyed idealism, I'm going to go with the latter.

Wow, that was soooooo refreshing. It always lifts my spirits a bit, as a liberal, to hear the more mainstream media come out with something like this!


I was thinking Edward R. Morrow the whole time, before he ever got to that part of his broadcast.
