SMACKDOWN!

As a recent guest commentator reminded me, sometimes people need a good smackdown. I also realize that some people enjoy a good scrap. What makes Bonkers uncomfortable isn't always what makes everyone else uncomfortable. So as a olive branch offered to bash someone over the head with, I give you a new Reader Diary designed specifically for talking smack: Smackdown!

Whereas Bonkers is the mascot of peace and friendliness, the great wrestler The Iron Sheik will be the mascot of smackdowns. As the Iron Sheik is famous for saying, "I break your back and make you humble!"

If you want to start a fight, simply log on as "Smackdown" with the password "smackdown." Enter your fighting words on the Smackdown blog. If things get too scrappy in a regular comment thread, take it to Smackdown. Use it as you will. Please make sure and sign your name, any name, when posting a smackdown blog. I will delete anonymous blogs. Commentators looking to talk smack can comment as usual in the Smackdown blog under their registered or unregistered names.
