Muslims for Progressive Values has an online petition calling for action "Against Domestic Violence, Acid Attacks, Honor Killing, Female Genital Mutilation and Forced Marriage."

As the many previous incidents have proved, the best way to punish art/literature that one does not like is to ignore it. Certainly committing crimes and violence which only gives it the benefit of free publicity on the news channels is the least productive way to go.
